VERTEX INTERNATIONAL (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (VIT) is located in Nava Nakorn Industrial Zone in Nakhonratchasima province (Korat), a big city in the north-eastern part of Thailand. The VIT focuses on the business of mold manufacturing for precision injection molding and mass production molding. The VIT also plays a role of a supply base for our domestic plants and therefore requiring the same level of quality control as in the domestic plants. The VIT uses the same metal mold machining tools, measurement instruments, tooling, and steel materials as those used in the domestic plants, and maintains them under a controlled constant temperature in the plant. The metal molds produced here provides the same level of workmanship as Japanese-made metal molds, including processing accuracy, durability, and productivity. Our metal-mold mass production using Japanese-made, high-performance electric injection molding machine as well as our quality management compliant to ISO9001 ensure the highest quality and precision of our injection molding parts. Our consistent management system from metal mold design to mass-production allows us to have the readiness to possible design changes, enabling smooth development at the prototype stage and efficient production from building a prototype to mass production.
